Being able to plan time away with friends and family is so important hence bookings are open prior to completion of the construction of Mountain Lodge and Coastal Cottage.
Rest assured the excellent team of builders and tradesmen are beavering away on site and nearing completion. The kitchens are fitted and the flooring will be laid very soon, ensuring that we are ready for opening in December.
If for any reason the properties are not ready for the date you have booked to stay, you will be offered the chance to re-book at the same rate at any time within the following 12 months, or a full refund.
Mountain Lodge
Designed for those with a range of disabilities, fitted with hoists, height adjustable surfaces and extras tailored to those with acute allergies. Being allergen free means that this lodge isn’t suitable for those who have assistance dogs.
Coastal Cottage
Pet friendly accommodation with a range of specialist equipment. In addition to hoists, wet room and height adjustable surfaces, braille labels and talking appliances make this the perfect break for those with visual impairments.
The Accommodation
The accommodation at Lower Laurel Farm caters for anyone with additional needs including accessibility, hearing and vision loss through to requiring hoists and profiling beds. The properties provide differing capabilities in recognition of individuals’ differences. Lower Laurel Farm provides more than just accommodation; it’s a holiday, but with all the equipment necessary in a specially designed building to ensure a stress-free stay.

The accommodation is set in an idyllic location where it is possible to have days out which all cater for a wide range of disabilities come rain or shine.
Holiday Homes with Hoists and much more
Both three bedroom holiday properties come with a profiling bed, complete with looped tracking hoist from the bed to wet room and H frame in the bedroom. Not only that, the wet room is based on changing places design with shower, changing bench, wheelchair accessible sink, high toilet and grab rails.
